PMI Outsourcing Sp. z o.o. providing personal consulting services in the field of recruitment as well as human resources, for our Client – an international, manufacturing company of heavy industry, is looking for experienced specialist to take position of:

HR Manager

Responsibilities:

– Coordination of personnel policy in the organization (+100 employees),
– Headcount control and workforce planning – participating strategically in the workforce planning to anticipate future needs,
– Recruitingdeveloping a solid recruitment strategy for the operational site,
– Provide HR expertise in all HR areas such as talent planning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, personnel administration, labour code, employees evaluation, etc.
– Ensuring KPIs and service metrics are achieved through regular monitoring and proactive intervention where required,
– Improving the HR function and processes, after a thorough analysis. This might entail: employee files, contract standards, compensation and benefits framework, company agreements, legacy cases, missing processes, manual vs system supported processes,
– Any others, e.g. time and attendance processes, travel expense management, health and safety support, annual financial planning support, facility management, insurance contracts, onboarding new employees.

Requirements:

-Relevant experience minimum 5 years of working experience in HR function (HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Lead, etc.)
– Knowledge of Polish Labour Code, legislation and payroll process.
– Fluency in English is a must,
– University/ College degree in Business Administration, Consultancy, Finance, Legal or HR Education or related,
– Good understanding of corporate HR processes,
Solid practice seniority in industrial relations,
– Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
– Leadership skills and ability to drive change initiatives,
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization,
– Strong relationship builder and assertive,
– Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
